A Gold Coast based boutique rehabilitation provider, Fellowship Rehabilitation specialises in Adjustment to Injury Counselling for injured workers in Queensland who have experienced injury and require mental health support, with urgent appointments available to meet their immediate needs and funded by WorkCover QLD. We are experts in Vocational Assessment and Vocational Counselling, Rehabilitation Case Management, and Return to Work services including vocational guidance and job seeking support to participants of NIISQ, NDIS, and Lifetime Care. We partner closely with specialised rehabilitation providers and self-insured employers to deliver return to work support to injured workers. Our medicolegal services include Transferable Skills Assessment and Employability Assessments for personal injury and TPD claims.
Through collaboration with injured people, treating doctors and health practitioners, employers, insurers, and support planners, we achieve a shared understanding through respectful and meaningful relationships, to achieve positive work and health outcomes.

Our Principal Rehabilitation Consultant and Director is Claire Hurley, with a Bachelor of Health Science (Rehabilitation Counselling), full membership with the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC), and accreditation in Mental Health First Aid. Claire brings extensive experience working with NIISQ, NDIS, Lifetime Care, rehabilitation providers, employers, workers compensation schemes in QLD and NSW, income protection and life insurers, medicolegal firms and solicitors. Claire directs additional services to our Occupational Therapist and Employment Consultant to support a multidisciplinary approach to vocational rehabilitation.
